Tonight the boys got to meet Mike Nelms #21 of the Washington Redskins. It was the annual Healthfair at the school so they had booths on healthy eating, physical fitness, baton twirling and juggling along with some others. The juggling was taught by none other than Mike Nelms. He has been juggling since college and he says it is what taught him to be so good in football because it taught him to use his peripheral vision. The obvious highlight of the night was meeting Mike Nelms and getting his autograph. The boys got him to sign tennis balls (which were part of his juggling demo) and their shirts. We did get an 8x10 signed by him for the boys and Matthew won an autographed football. All in all it was a good evening for the boys.
